Bud Moore

Bud Moore came to the Evergreen/Conifer area in 1993 to start up a new business utilizing his background in commercial and residential real estate. The business started in real estate with Mountain Realty & Development, Inc. and expanded a couple years later into including as dba, American Craftsman Homes of Colorado specializing in custom home construction. Mountain Realty and ACH officed out of downtown Evergreen for several years. Bud and his wife Claire are licensed real estate brokers and general contractors. They have 3 children: Lindsay -21, Ben-12 and Jia 6.
Bud and Claire built the log office building just south of Hwy. 285 and Kings Valley Drive in 2003 where they currently office. They moved from Evergreen Meadows over to Conifer in 2002 and have since moved the lion’s share of their business (and life) this way. They are partners in the conservation development referred to as The Preserve at Pine Meadows just south of Hwy 285 on Pine Valley Road and have built nearly all the homes in that community.
Bud has been active in the Conifer Community and is committed to the environment and planned growth. The goal for him is to leave a “small footprint”. The Moores plan to continue to raise their children and grow in this wonderful area for many years to come. 303-674-3779 Email |

Cliff Bowron

Cliff has been an area resident since 1994. He opened his business in the community, Conifer Kitchen Design, in 2005. He has two adult children in Colorado and two peculiar cats at home. Biking and hiking and traveling are his favorite recreations. Photography and writing are his avocations. Cliff greatly enjoys community involvement, belonging to the Rotary Club of Conifer, as well as being a member of both the Conifer Area and Platte Canyon Area Chambers of Commerce. Bernadette Briscoe

Bernadette Briscoe moved to the Evergreen/Conifer area in 2006 from Southern Colorado. Bernadette and her husband Alan are both Colorado natives, they have 4 children: Frank - 20, Jeffrey - 19, Kevin 13 and Ashley 10. Bernadette has been very active in the Conifer Community not only through volunteering but as Office/Sales Manager of High Timber Times and The 285 Hustler our local newspapers. She is Co-Chairing our 2nd Annual Conifer Music Festival with Randy Fowler in 2008.
